Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the project manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives
- Provide regular activity reports to the client and top management
- Managing and leading a team of telesales representatives: field support, coaching, holding regular individual meetings and team meetings, implementing support plans for low performers...
- Analyze individual and collective performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure the availability of the resources and means of production necessary to maintain the flows
- Managing turnover and absenteeism, and implementing the necessary action plans
- Provide administrative support for your team (leave, absences, lateness)
- Alerting to problems that could impact production
Desired Candidate Profile
You have prior experience as a supervisor or team leader in a sales/telemarketing activity.
You have a proven track record of success in a similar role within the insurance sector (life insurance, health insurance, borrower insurance).
You have a perfect command of written and spoken French.
You possess the analytical skills to understand and guide the achievement of objectives
You have in-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices in telesales
You are organized and meticulous.
You are known for your interpersonal skills.
You are a force for positive change.
Leadership and strong managerial skills are essential qualities for successfully carrying out your mission.
Are you comfortable using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet) and telephone systems?
