Roles & Responsibilities

We are a fast-growing cross-border digital service provider specializing in global payments, financial onboarding, and platform compliance. As part of our India-focused expansion, we are hiring an Operations Specialist in Dubai to help manage payment-related business workflows and support India-linked compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In this position, you will play a key role in delivering professional consulting services, helping clients solve business challenges, achieve strategic objectives, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Handle inquiries from new and existing clients, following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns through calls, emails, or online communication to create high-quality engagement
  • Ensure the achievement of quarterly business objectives, including project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Execute lead generation activities to expand the corporate client base
  • Conduct client needs analysis and provide customized consulting solutions that align with their strategic and business goals
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to identify new business opportunities Assist the team in scheduling client meetings, workshops, or project sessions
  • Manage and maintain project, ensuring client information and project progress are accurate and up-to-date
  • Collect and share industry and market insights to help the team refine services and strategies
  • Oversee projects from contract signing to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and recommending value-added services or follow-up projects when appropriate

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of India’s digital payment systems (e.g. UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RuPay).
  • Experience in working in a team in sales-oriented environments
  • Long term customer relationship approach
  • Ability to identify process improvements
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of client management
  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus

Salary & compensation:

  • Base Salary
  • Performance Bonus: based on KPIs
  • Project-Based Incentives: Additional commission based on business contribution
Note: This is a full-time, in-office role based in Dubai. No recruitment or visa fees are charged at any stage.

Desired Candidate Profile


Indian national already in UAE

Has experience in:

Bank onboarding assistance

SIM registration and business formation

Freelancer card, Paytm, QR onboarding, or similar

Sociable, clear communicator, and discreet
