By ensuring excellent leadership at all levels throughout our schools we aim to provide our students with a world class education, which is also based on an ethos of sustainability.The RoleTo provide administrative and coordination support for the Alumni Project, ensuring accurate data management, effective communication with alumni, and smooth execution of alumni-related activities and events.Key Responsibilities Data ManagementReach out to ex-students to rapidly and effectively expand the Alumni databaseGather key data on Alumni to enhance the Alumni organization Collect, verify, and update alumni contact details and records into the alumni database.Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with school policies. Communication & EngagementAssist in preparing and sending email communications, newsletters, and invitations to alumni.Support the coordination of alumni events and activities.Respond to alumni queries in a timely and professional manner. Administration & CoordinationMaintain project files, reports, and correspondence.Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and alumni updates for leadership.Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and workshops.Support and undertake research processes as directed to promote and grow the Alumni databaseInteract directly with potential alumni to proactively grow the databaseManage the database effectivelyWork in schools CollaborationWork closely with the EP Office to ensure project milestones are met.Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information or approvals related to alumni initiatives.The Candidate Must Have Bachelor s degree or other equivalent degree. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role or data entry, reporting, or event coordination is an advantage.This exciting role will be initially for 3 days a week for a 3-month period but may develop further as the project grows.Please NoteIncomplete applications will not be considered.RAK Academy reserves the right to make an appointment at any stage of the recruitment process.
