Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between tenants and mall management.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and security teams to resolve tenant issues.
  • Support tenants during opening, renewal, expansion, or relocation processes.
  • Ensure tenants comply with mall policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular mall and shop inspections to ensure operational quality.
  • Collect tenant feedback and prepare reports for management.
  • Assist in organizing tenant meetings, communications, and events.
  • Maintain updated tenant information and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

2 4 years of experience in tenant relations, customer service, or mall operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Good understanding of mall operations and retail industry practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong reporting skills.

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
