Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation to create a comprehensive techno-commercial proposal.
- Develop techno-commercial proposals for the Testing & Commissioning scope of work.
- Estimate project costs, required manpower, and timelines.
- Prepare quantity take-offs for MEP equipment from drawings and BOQs.
- Create and maintain project trackers for progress monitoring.
- Prepare and submit monthly tendering reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely proposal submission.
- Prepare and present cost estimates to management for approval.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial reporting and trending analysis for effective project management.
- Monitor and adjust cost estimates based on market fluctuations and price changes.

Skills:
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
1 - 3 years of experience in MEP field.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
