Roles & Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and analyzing tender documents, specifications, and requirements
  • Review the quantity survey from drawings.
  • Divide the project into packages and send RFQ for vendors or sub-contractors.
  • Preparing cost estimates and commercial proposals
  • Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
  • Collaborating with project teams to develop winning strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with tender submission deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal engineering within the engineering sector.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and tendering software
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes, contract terms, and commercial principles.
  • Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality proposals.
