Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Tender Manager

  • Identify and analyze public and private tenders.
  • Prepare the tender files in accordance with the specifications.
  • Coordinate the collection of technical, administrative and financial data from the various departments.
  • Ensure compliance and quality of proposals submitted within the deadlines set.
  • Track the results of bids and ensure necessary follow-ups.
  • To contribute to the continuous improvement of tendering procedures.
  • Masters the specifications.
  • Good command of the administrative and legal procedures related to public and private contracts.
  • Fluent in Arabic, French, and English written and spoken.
  • Lives in the vicinity of Ain el Benian.
