Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing government tender documents with high accuracy, extracting technical requirements, evaluation criteria, scope of responsibilities, and submission conditions, and writing proposal content. The role also involves preparing professional executive summaries, developing work plans and deliverables in coordination with relevant departments, following up on tender updates and clarifications, coordinating with and overseeing the design team to ensure content readiness for layout and submission, building compliance matrices, and managing tender-related files and timelines. The role requires proven experience in writing technical proposal content.

Strong ability to analyze technical and legal documents.
Deep understanding of government tendering processes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including platforms and procedures such as Etimad, competitions, tender documents, and compliance requirements.
Strong skills in technical writing and professional report preparation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
High organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
