Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.

Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring Perform technical and commercial review of EPCI long time tenders

Responsibilities

• Study the project s documents, drawings, specifications, and schedule, review tender documents and
  contract to be able to follow up on required.
• Visit site and record information about access, drainage and topography, and availability of services such as water and electricity.
• To review vendors and suppliers quotations to determine the best price and delivery date.
• Prepare comparative analyses documents related to specs, price, delivery conditions and mode of
  transportation.
• Engaged in the preparation & compilation of the necessary documents, information & technical inputs required for the completion of tender documentation.
• Support in various activities linked to the cost control functions for the assigned project.
• Study project file and prepare the required analyses and breakdowns.
• Generate projects monthly cost control reports according to company s standard form and associated
  back-up.
• Provide cost reports when required in coordination with related parties.
• Analyze project expenses by trade and compare it to budget.
• Analyze material purchase orders compared to budget as part of the review process for the monthly
  reports.
• Monitor the status and actual cost for labors, equipment, and sub-contractors.
• Disseminate budget information to all operating groups, providing clarification and additional information where required.
• Review invoice status on monthly basis and highlight any major figures.
• Assist in preparing the provision and analysis of any costs related to claims.
• Attend meetings with the Project Management Team to discuss the issues related to cost report.
• Prepare project Cost Plan and submit its monthly status report.
• Prepare Cash flow and submit monthly status analysis.
• Follow up on the Productivity Team and issue the monthly reports.
