Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Study, analyze, and evaluate tender documents from a technical perspective.
Coordinate with the Technical Office regarding specifications and technical quotations.
Identify and prepare required tender clarifications to ensure accurate submissions.
Review and finalize offers in accordance with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and client specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain pricing for materials and related costs.
Liaise with the Procurement Department to negotiate with approved vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Finalize estimations for all direct and indirect costs and consolidate tender documents for management approval.
Provide necessary project clarifications and information upon tender award to internal sales teams.
Advise the Tendering Manager on contractual rights and considerations addressed during tendering.
Prepare weekly tender status reports highlighting progress.
Prepare monthly reports indicating tender wins and losses with supporting analysis.
Follow up on submitted tenders for clarifications or updates.
Perform additional tasks as assigned and comply with company policies and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in English.
Strong attention to detail.
