Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Study all tender documents

  • Prepare a project brief
  • Prepare and compile the BOQ in accordance with Tender instructions
  • Compare and contrast between tender specifications and drawings
  • Attend tender site visit and prepare report
  • Contact suppliers and subcontractors for offer
  • Comparative analysis between different offers
  • Negotiate and reach agreements with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Compile a list of suppliers and subcontractors categorized with remarks, history and reliability
  • To be the company's internal contact point for the client during the inquiry and bidding process
  • Present the company profile for prospective clients
  • Present the company during any phase of the tendering and bidding process
  • Bachelor of Civil or Architectural Engineering
  • 3-5 years work experience in Tendering Department in the Fit Out or construction industry
  • Experience in Construction, Finishing, and Fit-out projects
  • Computer literacy in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and Primavera
  • Good command of the English Language (Written and Spoken)
  • Time management and abiding by strict deadlines
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Organization Skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
