Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead tendering activities, including pricing, commercial evaluation, and submissions
Analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and FIDIC-based contracts to identify risks and opportunities
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and pricing strategies based on KSA market conditions
Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for technical and commercial compliance
Develop and monitor project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts
Track project costs, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions
Manage variations, claims, and change orders with project teams
Support contract administration and ensure procedural compliance
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for commercial alignment
Desired Candidate Profile
Master s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Construction Management, or related field
15 20 years of experience in construction/contracting, including leadership roles in tendering, cost estimation, or cost control
Proven experience with large-scale building or infrastructure tenders
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Saudi client standards
Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in KSA
Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial management skills
Fluent in English and Arabic
