Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the end-to-end tendering process, from initial opportunity identification to final bid submission, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for each tender, safeguarding project profitability and minimizing potential losses.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and finance, to compile comprehensive and competitive tender submissions.
  • Analyze tender documents meticulously, identifying key requirements and developing a detailed understanding of project scope and client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for technical understanding.
  • Holds relevant professional certifications, such as APMP or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to tendering best practices.
  • Boasts a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in tendering within the construction or infrastructure industry, showcasing proven expertise.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and project management principles, ensuring sound decision-making.
