Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engineer with strong contracting background, specifically in tendering and pre-contract activities.
• Responsible for preparing technical proposals, including Project Execution Plans, construction methodologies, work sequencing, project approach, and other related technical documents during the tender stage.
• Coordination with estimation, planning, HSE, QA/QC, and commercial teams to ensure alignment between technical and commercial submissions.
• Review of tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure full technical compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of total experience in the construction industry.
• At least 4 years of specific experience in tendering and preparation of technical proposals within contracting companies.
