Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promotes and sells Stryker products and meets customer s needs. You are responsible for becoming the Resident expert of your product line as you work with a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals. You are driven to increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and by developing and implementing sales strategies. You exceed sales expectations day in and day out by building the current business to new heights. Communication is key to your current and new customers. You are always motivated by helping to produce the best possible patient outcomes.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
- Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining its continuity
- Tracking trends, competitors, developments in specific products and legal regulations in their area of responsibility and reporting to their manager
- Carrying out the sales-related activities in accordance with the regional sales targets determined in line with the company's strategies and sales targets and preparing the sales reports requested by the manager
- Planning, implementing and reporting customer/partner visits and demos in accordance with the sales targets and customer demands
- Evaluating the requests for proposals from the customer/partners in their area of responsibility and preparing a complete list of materials according to the customer needs
- Informing customers about purchasing methods (tender, intermediate purchase, leasing, external purchase etc.) and cooperating with the tender department in the projects decided to be procured and supporting the completion and reporting of the projects.
- Keeping track of material delivery dates in their area of responsibility and informing customers
- Carrying out the delivery and installation of the materials, providing post-sales user training for product portfolio and attending the surgery cases.
- Bringing customer bills to the accrual stage and following up the collections with the Finance and Accounting department to ensure that the collections are made at given due dates
- Communicating customer feedback (complaint) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluating the feedback in their own area of responsibility, taking necessary actions and reporting them to the customer and related persons
- Preparing the Congress/Demo materials, using them appropriately and delivering the materials to the storehouse in a sterilized and non-damaged condition
- Communicating scientific support requests & plans to the marketing department in the regions where they work and supporting the process.
- Providing support to the logistics team when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business, medical or related
1-3 years commercial experience as territory lead or similar
Experience in relevant field
Experience
Works collaboratively with others to achieve business objectives using communication and diplomacy skills.
Evaluates situations using multiple sources of information.
Acts with integrity and knows how to keep commitments in a timely manner.
A good understanding of the procedures and concepts within one's own discipline will be acquired through job-related training and on the-job experience.
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in MS Office programs
