Roles & Responsibilities

In this role you will be the flagbearer for the development, exploitation, and maximization of business within assigned region Selling entire Digital Industries (DI) Products, Digital Enterprise, Systems & Services Portfolio through Sales Channel /EPC s/ OEM s/ Panel Builders & End-Customers in Saudi Arabia. You will represent Siemens in all sales/strategic activities and act as interface between the End Customer/ Consultant /EPC/Channel Partner and the internal Siemens organization.

  • Maximize market exploitation in Saudi Arabia for complete Digital Industries portfolio across all assigned verticals.
  • Develop relationships with End clients, Consultants, Developers, Contractors for maximum market coverage.
  • Maintain and Identify New potential accounts, Prepare customer development plan (CDP s) Coordination with Business Units. Implement and track development on regular review meetings.
  • Prepare Annual Sales Plan (Business Target Agreements) and Profitable business growth from key Accounts, Panel Builders , OEM s and EPC s. Hold regular review meetings throughout the fiscal year to discuss performance including Order Intake, Sales, Opportunity pipeline and Key goals.
  • Support in Bottom-Up Business Planning, Market Transparency and Sales Growth with respect to the assigned Sales Accounts or Channels in the region.
  • Establish and maintain opportunity pipeline in SieSales and coordinate with Business Units and other sales channels to ensure maximum hit rate.
  • Develop and maintain application knowledge for the Systems and position Siemens as a preferred supplier for all customers.
  • Actively promote Customer Service portfolio elements throughout the Customer Services and Channels to maximize Life Cycle Business with all end customers.
  • Actively promote Digital Enterprise portfolio elements throughout the Vertical to position Siemens with all customers in the industry 4.0 transformation landscape
  • Evaluate and recommend changes in methods and procedures to optimize workflow and maximize sales

Desired Candidate Profile

Your Qualifications and Skills - Digital and Solid!

  • Expected degree qualification and/or major: Engineering Degree, Preferred Electrical/Electronics/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation & Control.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the region on Similar Portfolio DCS/SCADA/PLC/Drives & Motors/ Process Instrumentation, Industrial networking Solutions and Deep inroads on Industry 4.0 eco system
  • Market Knowhow and Strong Customer Connection is a Must.
  • Language skills: Fluency in Arabic & English is a must.
  • Saudi Nationals are preferred.
