Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a territory sales and commercial plan that meets or exceeds sales quotas and supports revenue and profit targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and key accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct frequent market visits to strengthen customer relationships and resolve complaints with actionable, customer-focused solutions.
  • Lead and manage the Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs) team to achieve profitable results through effective on-the-job training, coaching, motivation, and skill development.
  • Foster a strong team spirit and build a cohesive, high-performing sales team through ongoing leadership and support.
  • Ensure all territory activities are aligned with commercial objectives and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Submit timely and accurate reports, including daily visit reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory performance analyses.
  • Tailor and deliver sales presentations to meet the specific needs of different customer types and outlet profiles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date historical records of territory and customer sales data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and team motivation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and implement effective solutions.
