Test Engineer / Quality Engineer

• 5 plus years of hands-on experience in Functional Testing for digital banking or financial applications.
• Strong understanding of digital channels such as mobile banking, internet banking, LOS, and payment applications.
• Experience in SIT and UAT cycles, including defect management.
• Good knowledge of test design techniques and regression testing strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar test management tools.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in fast-paced environments.
• Good communication and documentation skills

Core Responsibilities

• Perform Functional Testing, including SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Execute regression testing for monthly releases.
• Review requirements, test scenarios, and test cases for all digital channel applications.
• Identify, log, and track defects through closure.
• Coordinate with development teams, business users, and project managers to ensure quality delivery.
• Participate in release planning and provide test effort estimates.
• Support testing related to React Native based enhancements or new modules.
• Ensure test results are documented and shared with stakeholders.
