Job description

As a Test Lead Automation, you will be responsible for the test automation strategy and coaching the QA teams. You will ensure the quality of applications by developing robust testing frameworks and ensuring that best practices are in place.

Your missions include:

Definition and implementation of the test automation strategy.

Design, development, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.

Supervision and coordination of a team of testers (automation and functional).

Development of test plans and execution of automated test campaigns.

Collaboration with development, DevOps, and business teams to ensure the quality of deliverables.

Continuous improvement of testing processes and integration of new technologies and tools.

Analysis of test results and reporting of anomalies.

Technology watch and recommendation of best practices in test automation.

Required skills

Technical skills

Mastery of automation tools and frameworks: Selenium, Robot Framework

Good knowledge of scripting languages: Python, Java

Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Xray)

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps)

Experience with REST APIs and their validation through automated testing

Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Qualifications

Desired profile

Education: Bac+5 in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: 5 to 10 years in testing, including significant experience in automation and team coaching.

Languages: French and English (technical) required.
