Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced Testing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the establishment and maturation of a Testing Center of Excellence (CoE). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise testing strategy, governance, and execution within complex technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, establish, and operationalize a Testing Center of Excellence (CoE)
Define testing standards, methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
Provide strategic oversight across functional, automation, and non-functional testing streams
Mentor testing leads and senior testers across projects
Ensure alignment of testing practices with business and regulatory requirements
Engage with senior stakeholders to drive testing maturity and quality outcomes
Desired Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
Proven experience setting up and running a Testing Coe
Strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments
Preferred Experience
Banking or financial services domain experience
ALM / test management tools exposure (including ALM Octane)
