Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle the Tesing Commissioning related to Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems,
  • Deal with the Civil defense realted to TC approvals
  • Manage and control the maintenance work related to Fire Fighting and fire alarm systems
  • Document and report test results, highlighting any discrepancies and recommending corrective actions to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the testing phase.
  • Develop and implement detailed testing plans and protocols to ensure all systems are operational and meet performance criteria.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations during all testing and commissioning activities.
  • Manage and oversee the commissioning timeline, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Stay current with industry advancements and incorporate best practices into testing methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in testing and commissioning within the sector.
  • Experience with large-scale projects in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of local codes, standards, and safety regulations in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in technical documentation and report writing, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and developing solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site at various project locations as required.
