Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing and commissioning plans for sport facilities, including HVAC, electrical, lighting, security, and other related systems.
- Coordinate and oversee testing activities to verify system functionality and compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Manage all commissioning processes to ensure seamless handover of facilities to stakeholders.
- Liaise closely with engineering, construction, and client teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports outlining testing results, commissioning status, and any non-conformance issues.
- Identify potential risks during commissioning and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor the testing and commissioning team to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing and commissioning related communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of large-scale sports facilities or similar infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex commissioning activities and teams.
- Strong knowledge of sports facility systems, codes, and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Commitment to safety and quality assurance in commissioning processes.
- Relevant certifications in project management or commissioning are advantageous.
