Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct functional, performance, and safety testing of robotic and electro-mechanical systems
Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and protocols
Set up and maintain test rigs, test benches, and data acquisition systems
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical and electrical failures
Work closely with design, engineering, and quality teams to resolve technical issues
Validate system performance under real-time and field conditions
Document test results, anomalies, and corrective actions accurately
Support field trials and system integration testing when required
Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and testing regulations
Continuously improve testing methods and contribute to product quality enhancement
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 7–8 years of experience in testing electro-mechanical or robotic systems
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
Strong hands-on experience in mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and sensors
Good understanding of industrial automation and robotic equipment
Experience in test planning, validation, and reporting
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to work in cross-functional engineering teams
Knowledge of industrial safety standards and compliance requirements
Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
Practical, hands-on mindset (shop-floor / field testing experience preferred)
