In this hands-on role, you ll design bespoke test rigs, analyse performance data, and work closely with engineering and production teams to support continuous product improvement. If you have a mechanical engineering background, experience in rotating machinery or pump testing, and a passion for precision and problem-solving we want to hear from you What you ll do: Develop and conduct validation testing for new and existing pump technologies Create test setups and analyse data using specialised instrumentation Document findings and support technical feedback for product enhancements Collaborate across engineering, production, and service teams Contribute to safety, compliance, and mentoring of junior staff What you ll bring: Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Experience with pump testing or rotating machinery Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics and drive systems Excellent fault-finding, planning, and analytical skills This is a Dubai-based role with some travel required.
