Supervise and monitor textile printing processes (Screen Printing, Rotary, Digital, etc.).

• Review and assess print designs for feasibility and production compatibility.
• Coordinate with design, color separation, and production departments to ensure accurate execution of artwork and color standards.
• Ensure print quality and consistency according to technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Optimize printing parameters (e.g., color concentration, pressure, temperature) to minimize waste and defects.
• Maintain production records and provide technical reports and feedback to management.
• Lead technical training for print operators and team members on new methods or technologies.
• Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and daily machine inspections in coordination with the maintenance team.
• Propose and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
