Located in Dubai, The Heart of Europe (THOE) is a unique island-inspired real estate concept that brings together the best of European design, heritage, and hospitality in a truly spectacular setting. Owned by the Kleindienst Group, the real estate project has six islands on The World – a global landmark made up of 300 islands, including Europe, Switzerland, Germany, Monaco, St Petersburg, and Sweden. The Heart of Europe will have some of the finest 5, 6, and 7-star hotels; picturesque plazas; floating restaurants; an underwater museum; a circus; underwater villas; beach; restaurants; cafes; clubs; boutiques; shops; sports/entertainment facilities; and climate controlled streets.
