The Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research was established on March 14, 1994, with the objective of consolidating the foundations of a modern state through institutions that keep pace with scientific and research developments globally. Today, the center functions as an independent institution specialized in scientific research and political, economic, social, and cultural studies of national and regional importance.
