Roles & Responsibilities

In this Therapist / Psychologist Job in Saudi Arabia (Remote), you will:

  • Conduct structured online therapy sessions via secure video platform.
  • Provide therapy for Anxiety, Depression and Stress Management.
  • Treat OCD, Panic Attacks and Trauma/PTSD.
  • Support clients with ADHD and Bipolar Disorder.
  • Offer Relationship, Marriage and Couple Therapy.
  • Provide Family and Child/Teen counselling.
  • Address Workplace Issues and EAP clients.
  • Deliver LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy when applicable.
  • Provide Anger Management and Addiction counselling.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential digital session notes.
  • Develop personalised treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic strategies.
  • Follow ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice.

Desired Candidate Profile

To qualify for this Therapist / Psychologist Job in Saudi Arabia, you should have:

  • Master s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Clinical Psychology or related field.
  • Valid RCI license (for Clinical Psychologists) where applicable.
  • Minimum 2 years of therapy experience preferred.
  • Experience in CBT/REBT/ERP or other structured modalities.
  • Ability to conduct therapy effectively in an online setting.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Commitment to ethical, confidential and evidence-based care.
  • Stable internet connection and private work-from-home setup.
