Roles & Responsibilities
Thermo-hydraulic Support Technician
Main responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Italian customers via video call, assessing the technical feasibility of heat pump installations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and plant safety regulations.
- Monitor the operation of installed heat pumps, analyzing data and performance, and prepare periodic reports.
- Collaborate with design and support teams to optimize technical solutions.
- Manage administrative and back-office activities related to technical support.

Location: Tunis, Les Berges du Lac 1
Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week, 5 working days
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory requirements
- Technical diploma or degree in Thermotechnical, Mechanical, Energy Engineering or related fields.
- Solid theoretical foundation in plumbing and heating systems.
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Italian clients.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A willingness to learn and an interest in the renewable energy sector.
Preferred requirements
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles.
- Basic knowledge of heat pumps, heating/cooling systems, or plumbing.
- Familiarity with plant safety regulations (including non-Italian ones).
- Basic knowledge of photovoltaic systems and storage systems.
