Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and present unique design concepts based on project requirements.
  • Prepare high-quality 3D visualizations for client approvals.
  • Create detailed architectural drawings for pricing and execution.
  • Participate in quantity takeoff (calculation sheet) to ensure accurate material estimates.
  • Background in construction, design, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.

Experience or strong understanding of Quantity Surveying or project cost control is highly preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience in 3D architectural design or visualization.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit.
  • Strong knowledge of rendering engines like V-Ray.
  • Experience in creating detailed architectural visualizations for outdoor structures or shading systems.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and spatial composition.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant 3D design and visualization work.

Experience or strong understanding of Quantity Surveying or project cost control is highly preferred.
