Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and create high-quality 3D assets, models, and environments for the Mico World app.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and UI/UX designers to integrate 3D elements seamlessly into the platform.
  • Develop visually engaging 3D graphics that enhance user experience and align with the app s brand identity.
  • Optimize 3D models for performance and compatibility across multiple devices and platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new features and visual effects.
  • Maintain and update the 3D asset library to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D design and digital art.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with the animation team to ensure smooth transitions and realistic movements.
  • Ensure all 3D content adheres to project timelines and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in 3D design or a related field.

Proven ability to create detailed and optimized 3D models for digital applications.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D design projects.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Experience with industry-standard 3D design software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.

Understanding of texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Adaptability to evolving project requirements and feedback.
