Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome, inform and advise customers on transport offers (air, sea, rail).
  • Make reservations and issue tickets using reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
  • Check availability, fares and travel conditions according to customer needs.
  • Manage changes, cancellations and ticket refunds.
  • Establish invoices and travel documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good knowledge of reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
  • Mastery of ticketing procedures and air pricing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Amadeus Diploma.
  • Age 25 or over.
