Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Welcome, inform and advise customers on transport offers (air, sea, rail).
- Make reservations and issue tickets using reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
- Check availability, fares and travel conditions according to customer needs.
- Manage changes, cancellations and ticket refunds.
- Establish invoices and travel documents.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good knowledge of reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
- Mastery of ticketing procedures and air pricing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Amadeus Diploma.
- Age 25 or over.
