Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and inform customers about events and rates.
- Sell tickets through different channels (online, box office, phone).
- Manage bookings and cancellations.
- Process payments and manage the cash register.
- Solve problems and respond to customer inquiries.
- Minimum 1 an d'exp rience.
- Knowledge of office automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Management of correspondence: calls, emails, letters.
- Ability to establish good relations with the customer.
