Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and inform customers about events and rates.
  • Sell tickets through different channels (online, box office, phone).
  • Manage bookings and cancellations.
  • Process payments and manage the cash register.
  • Solve problems and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Minimum 1 an d'exp rience.
  • Knowledge of office automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Management of correspondence: calls, emails, letters.
  • Ability to establish good relations with the customer.
