Requirements:

Proven experience in ticketing, customer service, or hospitality roles preferred.

Proficiency in ticketing software and reservation systems is desirable.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
Basic numeracy skills and experience handling cash transactions.
