Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle ticketing and reservation requests for clients, ensuring accurate booking details and timely confirmations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to travel arrangements, both in person and via phone or email.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure bookings and manage changes or cancellations efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients.
Utilize reservation systems and software to manage bookings, generate reports, and track client preferences and special requests.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 2 years experience in ticketing and reservation within the travel industry.
Proficiency with global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
