Develop and execute a strategy and roadmap to foster innovation and entrepreneurship with a focus on deep Technology and information Technology.

Execute and manage a comprehensive Strategy for technology innovation and entrepreneurship, connecting stakeholders across the national ecosystem (entrepreneurs, innovators, investors, universities, government, international partners, and civil society).

Establish, supervise, and govern TIEC s innovation hubs, technology labs, and incubators, ensuring quality programs and services for innovators and start-ups.

Manage operators of innovation hubs and incubators, and design/enhance services, programs, and incentives to stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship within ICT businesses.

Develop Programs to support start-ups, including minimizing equity gaps through investment fairs, networking events, and encouraging venture capital and angel investment funds.

Advocate for and influence policies, laws, and regulations that create a competitive environment for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Promote and support training, courses, and awareness programs in entrepreneurship and innovation for undergraduates, graduates, and ICT professionals.

Recognize key achievements and success stories in innovation and entrepreneurship within ICT sector.

Leverage innovation to address national needs, and critical challenges with sustainable solutions.

Foster close collaboration with governmental agencies, international bodies, universities, research centers, and civil society organizations to bridge the gap between supply and demand.
