Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for tile installation by leveling, cleaning, and applying adhesives for optimal adhesion and longevity.
- Accurately measure and cut tiles using specialized tools to ensure precise fit and aesthetic appeal.
- Expertly lay tiles in various patterns while maintaining consistent spacing and alignment to achieve a professional finish.
- Grout and seal tiles post-installation to prevent moisture penetration and enhance durability, ensuring long-lasting results.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in tile setting preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in tile masonry or a similar construction field.
- Certification in tile installation or related skills is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans.
