Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tile Mason to install wall and floor tiles for residential, commercial, and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tile laying, surface preparation, cutting, alignment, grouting, and finishing works while ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled according to layouts and drawings.

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary materials before tile installation.

  • Cut and shape tiles using hand and power tools.

  • Install floor, wall, marble, ceramic, porcelain, granite, and mosaic tiles.

  • Apply adhesives, grout, and sealants properly to ensure durable finishes.

  • Ensure proper tile alignment, spacing, and finishing quality.

  • Repair or replace damaged tiles when required.

  • Coordinate with site supervisors and other construction workers during installation activities.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.

  • Follow safety procedures and site regulations at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Tile Mason or Tile Installer.

  2. Good knowledge of tile installation techniques and finishing standards.

  3. Ability to read basic measurements and layouts.

  4. Skilled in handling tile cutting and installation tools.

  5. Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.

  6. UAE/GCC experience preferred.
