Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying mortar to ensure optimal adhesion of tiles.
- Measure and cut tiles with precision using specialized tools to fit various spaces and designs.
- Install tiles according to design specifications, ensuring symmetry, alignment, and aesthetic appeal.
- Mix and apply adhesives and grouts, ensuring the appropriate consistency and application techniques for durability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in masonry or tiling is preferred.
- Proven experience as a tile mason, with at least 3-5 years in residential or commercial settings.
- Certification in tile installation or masonry from a recognized institution is a plus.
- Experience working with various tile materials, including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone.
