Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Tireman to handle tire inspection, repair, and replacement for company vehicles and equipment. The role ensures all tires are maintained in safe and operational condition to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
- Repair punctures and replace tires as required
- Fit and remove tires using appropriate tools and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of tire usage and maintenance
- Ensure proper balancing and alignment support when needed
- Keep work area clean and follow safety procedures
- Report any major defects or safety concerns to supervisors
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of tire repair and replacement techniques
- Ability to use tire-changing tools and equipment
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Preferred:
- Experience with heavy vehicles or industrial equipment tires
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices
