Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manages and supervises the Maintenance unit in accordance with the defined objectives and KPIs.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement within his area of responsibility, provides his expertise and contributes to improving the quality of service.
- Ensures compliance with standards, governance and proper execution of processes.
- Supervises and manages the employees under his/her direct responsibility.
- Plan the team's regular activities to ensure coverage of all activity stages and to respond effectively to requests received.
- D defines the objectives, missions and responsibilities of team members. Gives clear instructions, monitors progress and evaluates results.
- Identifies the training and development needs of employees, monitors their professional development and supports them in putting newly acquired skills into practice.
