The role involves managing complex cross-border matters, advising clients on a range of high-profile transactions, regulatory issues and technology-related disputes.
Providing strategic advice to clients in relation to digital transformation, data privacy, cybersecurity, IP licensing, outsourcing and regulatory matters.
