Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Eva Cosmetics is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Toll Manufacturing Senior Specialist to support toll manufacturing operations, ensure smooth production execution, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across local and export accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely batch execution in coordination with Planning, Production, QC/QA, and Supply Chain.
- Ensure full material availability (RM/PM) through close coordination with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and follow up on production risks, delays, and deviations.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, cosmetic regulatory standards, and internal SOPs.
- Manage ERP and customer-portal data, including contracts, formulations, BOMs, and product lists.
- Prepare and verify COAs, batch records, traceability files, and export documentation.
- Communicate production status, manage customer samples, approvals, and ongoing requests.
- Support operational KPIs, customer service reports, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with Finance on pricing, collections, and cost-related inquiries.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 4 years of experience in toll manufacturing or FMCG (cosmetics industry is a strong plus).
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Customer-focused, organized, and collaborative mindset.
- ERP proficiency (Oracle or SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and KPI-tracking abilities.
