Overview
Performance Energy is supporting a major onshore drilling campaign in the Middle East, focused on Coil Tubing Drilling (CTD) re-entry operations using underbalanced Nitrogen systems.
We are seeking experienced CTD Tool Pushers to support a multi-rig campaign delivering drill-outs, sidetracks, and preset well operations in a technically demanding land environment.
Role Purpose
The CTD Tool Pusher will be responsible for overseeing and managing CTD rig operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of underbalanced drilling activities.
This role acts as the senior on-site operational leader, responsible for coordinating crews, maintaining performance standards, and delivering operational control across all phases of the campaign.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day CTD rig operations on location
Supervise drill-out, sidetrack, and re-entry well activities
Ensure execution of operations in line with approved programmes and SOPs
Maintain full operational control within underbalanced Nitrogen drilling environments
Coordinate rig crews and service teams to ensure efficient workflow
Uphold HSE, well control, and operational standards at all times
Provide clear reporting and communication with client representatives
