Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise drilling crew and daily rig floor operations
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of drilling equipment
- Monitor drilling fluid systems and pressure control procedures
- Enforce safety standards and operational compliance
- Coordinate with drilling engineers and rig management
- Troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime
