Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all Total Facilities Management operations, including Hard Services (MEP systems) and Soft Services

  • Ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of all building systems and infrastructure

  • Oversee cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, and other soft services to maintain high standards

  • Manage all MEP equipment, ensuring optimal performance, preventive maintenance, and compliance

  • Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and service quality standards

  • Manage service providers, contracts, and SLAs to ensure cost efficiency and performance excellence

  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and compliance checks in line with HSE regulations

  • Plan and control budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives

  • Lead and develop FM teams, including training, scheduling, and performance management

  • Ensure effective handling of client requests, complaints, and continuous service improvement

  • Drive sustainability initiatives and environmental best practices

  • Utilize CAFM systems for reporting, asset management, and operational efficiency

  • Maintain strong communication with clients an d stakeholders to ensure satisfaction

  • Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative FM solutions

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Facilities management

  • Minimum 10 years of Facilities Management experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong experience in TFM contracts, technical services, and landscape scope.

  • Prior experience in Stadium or large iconic projects is highly preferred

  • Proficiency in CAFM systems / Prior experience in GCC/KSA is highly preferred.

  • Fluent in English, Age below 40 years
