Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As an inbound tour consultant, he will consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget to design customized tour packages.

  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
  • Provide expert advice on Egypt destinations, attractions, and travel requirements to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Prepare quotations, detailed itineraries, and travel documentation for clients.
  • Liaise with suppliers, hotels, and local partners to secure the best rates and services.
  • Handle foreign tourist inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, and destination information.
  • Promote and upsell additional services such as travel insurance, guided tours, and special experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 to 15 years of experience in inbound travel consultancy.

  • Proven ability to design and sell customized travel packages within Egypt.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian travel destinations and Nile cruises.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Proficiency in reservation and booking systems.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and travel industry trends.
