Roles & Responsibilities

Every day will be different, but every day you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and share your love of travel every step of the way - whether that s leading a morning market walk, arranging a local craft workshop, or hosting a home-cooked meal with a family. You ll help create moments that stay with our travellers long after the trip ends.
  • Prioritise the safety and wellbeing of your group. You ll stay calm and professional when challenges arise - from lost passports and medical needs to group dynamics - ensuring travellers feel supported the entire time.
  • Lead and manage trips in line with itineraries and budgets, while completing all required trip administration accurately and on time.
  • Bring our values to life - be Real in your connections, Ambitious in creating incredible experiences, work Together with your team and local partners, and make every journey Impactful for our travellers and the communities we visit.
