Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Tour Operator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, organizing.

Managing travel itineraries and tour packages, ensuring that every client enjoys a smooth and memorable travel experience from start to finish.

Italian, spanish, Portuguese, french , german, russian, chinese and and also speaking English is a must.

1-2 years of experience in tour operations, travel coordination, or a related field.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tours simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and supplier interactions.
  • Proficiency in using booking systems, travel software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work onsite in an office environment and collaborate with team members.
  • Attention to detail in planning, documentation, and execution of tours.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure smooth tour operations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
