Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sell our Packages through phone calls

  • Distribute numbers on the team
  • Ensure that customers' deliveries of visas are closed one week before the client's embassy date.
  • Ensure that all customers of the entire team have signed the contracts for the reservation deal.
  • Weekly evaluation with a report for the whole team in terms of (Numbers, Follow-up with all customers and achieving their target).
  • Good study for each new trip and review it with the direct manager for all its questions and train the team on it well.
  • Monthly Test for all team reviewing their data for each program.
  • Respond to any numbers received from old clients and follow up with them.
  • Weekly report on the number of embassy appointments that have been and have not been booked and a strong follow-up of those that have not been booked.
  • Trips bookings details form must be sent to the customer and contact him to review it with its details (The flight, hotel and travel plan details) during booking and another call after booking.
  • Providing solutions to any problems related to the customers, in case that the customer is dis-satisfied, contact the direct manager to figure the appropriate action to do and tell the client.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs and recommending suitable packages.
  • Promote and sell travel products and services, including visas, airline tickets, hotel bookings, and full tour packages.
  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other vendors to secure the best rates and ensure seamless travel arrangements.
  • Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations tailored to client preferences and budgets.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm bookings, process payments, and provide pre-departure support.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling additional services.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, managing booking systems, and preparing reports.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging destinations to provide clients with the latest information.
  • NDC or Amadeus Experience + Online & Offline hotels reservation is a MUST

Proficiency in English is a MUST

  • 4+ yrs. Experience in tourism industry. Outgoing Tourism is HIGHLY Preferable
  • Bachelor of Tourism and Hotels is MUST.
  • Strong Target achiever and team target.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
